Mapocho Pedaleable
Santiago’s Rio Mapocho has long been an embarrassment to the city. Imagine if Santiago had a great river flowing through it, rather than a dirty stream. A new initiative looks to reclaim the public space of the river.
It has gained the support of the municipalities of both Providencia and Santiago, with a ride along the river happening on Saturday May 4 between 11 and 5.
