Sport/Life to Present European Footbag Tour

Eurotour Edits

We are pleased to announce that Sport/Life will be sponsoring a footbag Eurotour this spring.  Five of the world’s best footbag players will travel to five countries in Europe, promoting the sport in many fun and unique ways.  Our top competitors and world champions will be competing at major tournaments and challenging local stars, such as the seven-time world champion Honza Weber.

The tour team will also coach hundreds of students in over 10 schools through footbag basics, leading to introductory competitions.  Additionally, footbag will be presented at sport fairs where footbag’s finest will be showcased to thousands of spectators.  The tour will culminate in an international open tournament at the Happy Seven Hostel  in Gdansk, Poland.

The official schedule can be found here.  To meet the tour team, check out the player profiles available here. The tour is proudly supported by Planetfootbag. Those interesting in supporting the tour, please email boyle@footbag.org
