Núñez gets top basketball job
Cipriano Núñez has been appointed as the new coach of the Chilean men´s basketball team.
The former Universidad de Concepción boss takes over from Miguel Ureta, who led Chile to the silver medal in the South American Games in Santiago in March.
Núñez´s first major challenge will be the South American Championships in Venezuela at the end of July.
Chile have been drawn in Group B and will come up against the hosts, Uruguay and Peru.
