Great result for Gonzalo

In-form Gonzalo Lama took the biggest scalp of his career by beating Spain´s Pere Riba in the Caltanissetta Challenger in Italy.
Lama (249) was already well on his way to victory when the 87th ranked Spaniard retired when trailing 6-1, 4-2.
It puts Lama through to the quarter-finals, where he will meet either the host country´s Potito Starace (176) or Andrea Arnaboldi (165).
Meanwhile, Christian Garín (420) and Bastián Malla (677) are through to the last eight of the Poland Futures 2.
Garín continued his winning streak by beating Lithuania´s Lukas Mugevicius (972) 7-5, 6-2, while Malla powered past Denmark´s Mohamed Shabib (1,475) 6-2, 6-2.
Compatriots Cristóbal Saavedra and Ricardo Urzua will seek to make it four Chileans in the quarter-finals when they play tomorrow.
On another good day for Chilean tennis, Jorge Aguilar (526) moved through to the quarter-finals of the Holland Futures 1.
The eighth seed was leading Tom Farquharson (524) 6-0, 3-2 when the British player retired.
