Conquista Volcán Osorno Returns for 2018

With just over 80km of track through Parque Nacional Vicente Perez Rosales, the Conquista Volcán Osorno will see 1000 competitors take on the challenge.

The journey will start and finish at Las Cascadas in Puerto Octay, making a circuit of the imposing Volcán Osorno, inlcuding a stop at the scenic Saltos de Petrohue. The race will take place on January 27. Below is some footage from previous editions.

It is the 15th edition of the CVO, which is just one of many adventurous races using the stunning scenery of southern Chile as a backdrop. The week before will see the tenth edition of the Trans Andes Challenge, while the Ironman Pucón will take place on January 14, offering 35 places for the Ironman World Championship.
